摘    要:在连续流反应器中探究了纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2 NP)对污泥厌氧溶解及产气的影响。实验结果表明TiO_2 NP对污泥厌氧消化的影响与TiO_2 NP的浓度有关,低浓度TiO_2 NP对污泥的溶解及产气影响不明显,然而高浓度TiO_2 NP严重抑制污泥溶解及甲烷产量。当TiO_2 NP的浓度由0增加至200 mg/L时,甲烷产量由161 mL/g挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)下降至124 m L/g VSS。机理分析表明高浓度TiO_2 NP能够抑制关键酶的活性并对产甲烷化产生严重的抑制作用。

Abstract:The effect of nanometer titanium dioxide (TiO2 NP) on the sludge dissolution and gas production was investigated in continuous flow reactors. The experimental results showed that the effect of TiO2 NP on the anaerobic digestion of sludge was related to the concentration of TiO2 NP. The effect of low concentration TiO2 NP on sludge dissolution and gas production is not obvious. However, high concentration TiO2 NP seriously inhibited sludge dissolution and methane production. When the concentration of TiO2 NP increased from 0 to 200 mg/L, the methane yield decreased from 161 mL/g volatile suspended solids (VSS) to 124 mL / g VSS. The mechanism analysis showed that high level of TiO2 NP could inhibit the activities of key enzymes and inhibited the methanogenesis.
