声音信号压缩SSCPA算法的实现

摘    要:本介绍了基于声音信号形态特征参数分析SSCPA(Sound Signals Characteristic Parameters Analysis)和二次曲线拟合方法的压缩和解压算法的实现过程,该算法实现数据结构简单,具有计算简便,声音失真率很小,低码率、非均匀速率、算法时空复杂度小和实用性强等特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces the implementation of a new compressed coding algorithm based on SSCPA(Sound Signals Charateristic Parameters Analysis)and quadratic curve simulative method.The algorithm uses short-time energy to divide sound signals waveform simply into two bands:non-sound band and sound band.This algorithm uses simple data-structure and has traits such as simple calculation lower lack-fidelity-rate,lower coding-rate,non-uniform velocity,less complexity in algorithm space and practicability.
