几种蔬菜果胶提取研究

摘    要:对红秋葵、冬寒菜、藤三七、木耳菜和淮山进行提取果胶的研究。结果表明:果长为12~18 cm的红秋葵果胶含量高,冬寒菜和藤三七提取果胶的适宜成熟度均为壮龄叶,冬寒菜的果胶含量最高,淮山的果胶含量最低。

Abstract:The article researched the extracting pectin from Red gumbo,Whorled mallow,Teng san qi,White bazil and Chinese gam.The results showed that pectin is high of Red gumbo fruit with the length between 12 cm to 18 cm.Whorled mallow and Teng san qi's healthy and mature leaves are fit for extracting pectin.Whorled mallow contains the most pectin,and Chinese gam contains the least pectin.
