| 摘 要： | ISO9001质量管理体系是一种科学、规范的管理模式。职业学校贯彻执行ISO9001质量管理标准工作,从前期准备到体系的设计与建立,从体系运行和不断完善到第三方审核认证,需要开展大量细致的实践工作。“贯标”促进了学校服务意识与质量意识的不断增强,加强了学校与“顾客”的沟通,提高了学校的信誉。

| Abstract: | ISO9001 quality management system is a scientific and standard management model.For vocational schools' "standards" work,it needs a great deal of painstaking practical work from the early-stage preparation to the system's design and establishment,from the system's operation and the continuous improvement to the audit certification of the third party."Standards" work has enhanced the school's consciousness of service and quality,strengthened the communication between school and customers,and improved the school's reputation. |
