摘    要:研究了稀土、钡盐变质、精炼一次处理的复合熔剂对机械性能的影响.结果表明铈、钡复合处理后,共晶硅由粗大片状变为颗粒状,组织明显细化;铝液中的气体和氧化夹杂物被排除而净化,致使铝硅合金的机械性能得到了改善.

Abstract:The influence of Re,Ba(NO_3), salt refinary treated complex flux onmechanical properties is studied in this paper. The results show that the shapes ofeutectic silicon change to particles from coarse lamella after Ce and Ba complex treatment,thestructures get obviously fine,and the gas and oxide in the liquid Al are squeed out andmake it more pure. These result in that the mechanical properties of Al-Si alloy aregreatly improved.
