| 摘 要： | 对棕色固氮菌不同生长期菌体氨及氨基酸分析表明，该菌的泌氨性与菌体氨含量无相关性，菌体也不积累氨，Ａｌａ的百分含量与细胞代谢活性呈正相关性。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the ammonia and amino acids of Azotobacter vinelandii Az230 from the different growth phase, it is indicated that the Az230 ammonia secretion is not correlative with its ammonia content ,the strain also does not accumulate the ammonia, and Ala percentage is positive correlative to the strain cell metabolic activity. |
