基于模糊可靠性理论的双圆弧圆柱齿轮传动设计

摘    要:常规的圆弧齿轮设计是将齿轮的应力、强度都视为确定量进行设计与校核,但实际上应,强度都不是确定量,都是具有随机性和模糊性的变量,描述变量从完好状态到失效状态的中间过渡过程的隶属函数多达几十种,本文采用最常见的梯形分布隶属函数,给出了将应力及强度分别考虑为模糊变量时可靠度的一般计算式,应用变异系数法确定随机量的标准差,给出了计算圆弧齿轮应力及强度时各参数的变异系数,依据梯形分布的隶属函数,推导出了圆弧齿轮传动弯曲应力及接触应力的模糊可靠度的计算公式,计算示例表明,推导的可靠度计算公式是正确的。

Abstract:The common design on circular gear involves taking the stress and intensity of gear as the definite quantum for design and verification, but the stress and intensity are not the definite quantum, and they are of fuzzy and random nature in fact. There exist several dozens of the dependent functions used to describe the middle transient of variable from sound to fault state. This paper addresses the most commonly used function of trapezoid allocation and presentsthe general calculation formula about reliability degree in which the stress and intensity are respectively thought of as fuzzy variable. And the paper discussed use of the method of variance coefficient to define the standard error of random quantum, gives the variant coefficient of all parameter in calculation the sirers and intensity of circular gear and offers the calculation formula of fuzzy and reliability degree about bending and contact stress of driving circular gear by using the depended function of trapezoid allocation. The calculation formula of reliability degree is right, as proved by the example of calculation.
