| 摘 要： | 机遇，是人或人们在实践中遇到的一种社会现象，是人们在实践中从外部获得的对于实现预定目标非常有利的然而又是不确定的不稳定的条件．邓小平在认识和把握机遇的过程中，形成了自己独具特色的思维原则，一是认识和发现机遇的思维原则；二是抓住和把握机遇的思维原则；三是利用和创造机遇的思维原则．
