| Abstract: | The traditional administration-oriented teaching management in universities cannot meet the demands of the developing society and improving education in China.So a new concept of management is essential to the present and future teaching management in universities,i.e.to properly divide the power between the administration and teaching,to adapt a flexible attitude to deal with the change of external and internal factors. |
