| 摘 要： | 本文研究了应用VSAT技术建立大震现场紧急通信系统的设计和实施方案,规定了该系统应实现的业务。在此基础上,提出了建立我国陆地地震救灾移动卫星通信计划,并对一些关键技术和可能为移动用户提供的通信业务作了进一步讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the scheme of designing and practice for applying VSAT technology to build urgent communication system on a large earthquake area,and draws up a plan for offering services by using this system. Based above, it also suggests the plan of establishing future land mobile satellite communication system for earthquake salvation in China. Meanwhile we study on some key technical quetions and the communication services possible offered to the mobile usres. |
