关节式柔性三坐标测量机测量模型

摘    要:与传统的三坐标测量相比关节式柔性三坐标测量机具有高度灵活性,这使之成为近年来坐标测量领域的研究热点.由于结构的相似性,关节式坐标测量机测量模型可采用Denavit-Hartenberg方法.通过齐次坐标变换,得出坐标转换矩阵,并将其应用于关节式柔性三坐标测量机建模.

Abstract:Flexible coordinate measuring machines have become a hotspot of coordinate measuring field for its greater flexibility than conventional coordinate measurement machines. The comparability in machinery makes possible the introduction of Denavit-Hartenberg method, developed and adopted in robot research, into the measurement model of flexible coordinate measuring machine. Denavit-Hartenberg method gives coordinate transformation matrix via a group basic homogeneous coordinate transformation. Then measurement model of flexible coordinate measuring machine is given.
