高压共轨柴油机压电喷油器的驱动响应特性

摘    要:基于高压共轨柴油机压电喷油器的工作原理,设计了驱动电路,讨论了该驱动电路对执行器的保护及能量回收特性.建立了电路的数学模型,通过对模型的分析及仿真,探讨了采用脉宽调制(PWM)驱动方式时执行器响应特性与脉宽调制频率的关系,以及驱动回路阻抗对执行器响应特性的影响.以仿真结果为依据进行了试验,验证了模型以及仿真分析的正确性.对比试验的结果表明:相对电磁阀式喷油器而言,压电喷油器的驱动响应快、工作稳定,能够更好地满足高压共轨燃油喷射系统的要求.
