| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了计算生物大分子内原子静态空间可及性的方法,讨论了在B-DNA的组成单元到单螺旋到双螺旋的变化过程中可及性的改变。同时研究了各种碱基序列对可及性影响,探讨了B-DNA内原子可及性的应用,通过具体事例说明其对化学反应活性的解释有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method for calculating the" static" steric accessibilities of atoms within biological macromolecules. Changes in accessibility from the isolated units to a single helical strand and then to a double helix are discussed. The influence of a double helix are discussed. The influence of various base sequences is also investigated. The application is made the accessibility of atoms withinB - DNA. Their significance for the interpretation of chemical reactirityis substantiated by an illustrative example. |
