| 摘 要： | 以浓度为１５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸盐缓冲溶液（ｐ）Ｈ４．０）作流动相，在ＹＷＧＣ１８柱上，利用胍相高效液相色谱法，分离测定了人尿液中的胞嘧啶，尿嘧啶、尿酸、黄嘌呤、腺嘌呤等生物碱基。标准加入回收率在９５．５％－１０４．６％之间。
