多点温度测试系统

摘    要:利用MSP430单片机作为温度测控器的下位机,PC机作为上位机,采用标准RS-232C协议完成主控器与测温器之间的通信;使用PT100作为温度检测元件,为使系统具有较好的稳定性和抗干扰性,采用电压一频率转换方式进行信号变换;系统具有上、下位机两级显示功能,下位机采用的是高亮度LED显示.本系统能实时显示各点的温度,有异常情况时,可设置上下限或多点检测及声、光报警等,还可实现参数修正等功能,其检测单元数量可在1~99范围内进行任意扩充.

Abstract:The MSP430 is used as controllers to control and measure the temperature of every measured unit and computer is used as the center controller in this system. This system transports the data between the center controller and branch controller using standard RS-232, and measure the temperature of every measured unit using PT100. To improve the stability and the ability against interruption of the system, this system uses V/F to convert acquired signal. This system has the function of two levels of displaying: at the center the temperature is displayed on the CRT while it is displayed on the LED at corresponding measured unit. Besides, the system has other functions such as taking corresponding measures to resolve when unexpected circumstances happen, temperature alarming by light and sound when the temperature is beyond the limit which can be set willfully, changing the parameter when the measured temperature is not in line with actual one and increasing the number of the unit willfully.
