| 摘 要： | 以哈尔滨市中学课余田径训练带队的教练员为研究对象,对目前带队教练员的现状进行了调 查分析,得出以下结论:中学课余田径教练员队伍学历结构合理,年龄结构趋于年轻化;训练动机端 正,态度比较积极;由于资金投入不足,管理松懈,教练员缺乏交流学习影响训练水平的提高.

| Abstract: | All the coaches for the field and track team are excellent.What's more they have all got the right qualifications.They are young highly motivated and with positive attitude,but the money spent in training is far from enough,thus resulting in poor management,and less sharing among coaches,so these have proved an obstacle to improving the field and track training. |
