| 摘 要： | 北宋官员政治型贬降措施是从相对单一向多样化方向发展的,总体发展趋势是贬降程度越来越重。尽管北宋有详尽的贬降、叙复制度,但在实践中却往往不遵守这些制度。政治型贬降往往假借法律、道德的名义进行,法律经常沦为政治斗争的工具。对法律的轻视导致北宋政治环境从宽容逐步走向严酷。

| Abstract: | The political demoting measures for the officials in the Northern Song Dynasty developed from being single to being various and its general developmental tendency was from being light to heavy in degree. In spite of the fact that there were exhaustive systems for demoting and reemployment,they were not observed in reality. Political demoting was often conducted in the name of law and morality. Law constantly fell into means of political struggle. Underestimating the role of law led to the Northern Song Dynasty＇ s political environment turning from being tolerant to being harsh. |
