硅钨杂多酸催化合成乙酸正己酯

摘    要:制备了硅钨杂多酸并用于乙酸正己酯的合成,同时研究了酯化率的各种影响因素。合成乙酸正己酯的最佳条件为:乙酸为0.1mol时,醇酸物质的量比为1.4,催化剂用量为0.3g,带水剂为15mL,反应时间为2h。温度为110-130℃,在此条件下酯化率可达99.6%。

Abstract:Silicotungstic acid catalyst has been prepared and the n-hexyl acetate is synthesized with silicotungstic as catalyst. The effect of factors on esterification ratio is studied. The result shows that the best reaction conditions are : based on 0.1 tool acetic acid, molar ratio of n-hexyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.4, mass of catalyst is 0.3g, the taking water reagent is 15mL, reaction time is 2h. The yield of the product could reach 99.6%.
