大麦黄花叶病抗性机理的初步研究

摘    要:不同抗性的大麦品种(系)被黄花叶病毒侵染后,叶片中叶绿素,可溶性蛋白质,游离脯氨酸的含量有规律地变化,研究结果表明,感病后,大麦叶片内叶绿素,可溶性蛋白质含量下降,感病品种下降幅度大于抗性品种,而游离脯氨酸含量增加,抗性品种增加的幅度比幅度比感病品种大,同时发现,叶绿素,可溶性蛋白质,游离脯氨酸的含量与病情指数呈显著的负相关。

Abstract:The contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,free proline were investigated in leaves of the different resistance barley varieties infected by barley mosaci virus.The resulted showed that the contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein decreased in barley leaves after infected barley mosaci virus,the range in infected varieties was bigger than that in resistance varieties;but the content of free proline increased,the range in resistance varieties was bigger than that in infected varieties.The contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,free proline were negatively related to exponent of condition of infected barley.
