| 摘 要： | 通过阐述定性预测方法和定量预测方法的优点和缺陷，探讨了在情报信息预测中两种方法之间的内在联系和有机结合，指出只有两种方法相结合，才能使预测对象的各方面因素融合在预测结果之中，从而提高情报信息预测的精确度。

| Abstract: | Through expounding the merits and demerits of the qualitative forecasting method and the quantitative forecasting method, this paper mainly approaches the inner links and organic combination between the qualitative forecasting method and the quantitative forecasting method in the process of the information forecasting, and points out that only the combination of the two methods can make each factor of the forecasted object merge into the forecasting results, improving the precision of the information forecasting. |
