| 摘 要： | 校园网络道德是大学文化建设的重要阵地.就必要性而言,既是建设和谐社会、和谐校园的内在要求,也是完善社会主义核心价值体系的必然结果.其现实问题主要集中在国家高等院校网络教育与管理机制,大学生基本信仰、政治观念与社会道德,及学生的学业、行为与生活三个层面.构建和谐校园网络文化可从人与制度两方面着手,前者主要着力在高校管理者和校园网络文化管理队伍、大学生群体,后者主要在于相关规定的制定、监督与执行.
