| 摘 要： | 文章以幼嫩烟草茎髓为实验材料进行愈伤组织的诱导,确定了建立烟草悬浮培养细胞初期愈伤组织和液体培养基的最佳配比,以及烟草悬浮培养细胞的最佳继代量和继代时间,并以此为材料研究了烟草悬浮培养细胞对机械刺激的敏感性。

| Abstract: | Using stem marrow of young tobacco as material, the callus was induced and suitable proportionment of callus to liquid medium,subculture quantity and time was selected for establishing tobacco suspension cultured cell.In addition,sensitivity of the tobacco suspension cultured cell to mechanical stimulation was studied in this papers. |
