| 摘 要： | 性成熟较早、性教育的极端残缺、媒介色情的诱导、交友不慎、家庭教育的缺陷、中小学校重智轻德的教学方式和教学理念、法律意识淡薄是未成年人性犯罪案件呈上升趋势的内在原因。为此必须从加强性教育、“转移”未成年人的兴趣品味、抑制媒介色情、增强法制观念、做一个好家长等方面来遇止、减少未成年人性犯罪。

| Abstract: | The main reasons why the minor's committ ng sex-crimes appear upward tendency are as follows-their sexual precocity; incomplete sexual education; the sexual enticement of me .dia; being imprudent in their making friends with others; the defects of their family education; the educational idea of valuing intellectual education and desp sing moral education in primary middle schools and their poor law consciousness. Hence, something must be done to prevent the minors from committing sex-crimes by reinforcing their sex-education, transferring their interest,repress ing the dissemination of media-sex to them, enhancing their concepts of legal system,providing them more family care and so on. |
