| 摘 要： | 发展战略性新兴产业已成为新一轮地方经济振兴的着力点。运用SWOT分析法,分析河南省发展新兴产业具备的优势与劣势及面临的机会和威胁,以有助于河南省在新兴产业发展中,充分发挥优势,克服劣势,抓住机会,回避威胁,制定正确的策略,从而在新一轮竞争中占得先机。
