| 摘 要： | 辛穆家族是魏晋南北朝时期显赫士族,家族成员十余人均为官清廉,在史书上留下名号。辛穆是其家族中的佼佼者,颇有政绩,其墓志的出土为研究辛氏家族增添了新的实物资料,具有证史、补史的重要意义。
