永磁式缓速器的稳健性设计

摘    要:基于稳健性设计原则和Taguchi算法,永磁式缓速器的设计分为概念设计、参数设计和容差设计.以性能最稳定,波动最小,信噪比最大为目标,选取合适的参数作为内表,参数波动率为外表.用正交表排列设计参数,用F检验确定系统的最优设计参数和恰当的容差+算例选择制动力矩计算模型中的磁极数N、内半径r1及外半径r2为可控因素,制动力矩波动率作为质量特性输出值.结果表明:采用稳健性设计的永磁式缓速器可以较好地改善制动力矩波动率.

Abstract:Based on robust design principle and Taguchi methodology,the retarder designs is composed of three levels: concept design,parameter design and tolerance design,with the objectives of stable performance,low dispersion and larger SNR.Inner array is used to row appropriate parameter, and outer array is used to row parameter variation.Orthogonal array is used to row design parameter.On the objective function using F-test,the optimal parameters of the system and suitable tolerances are determined.The number of magnetic poles N,inner radius r_1 and outer radius r_2 are chosen as controllable factors in braking torque computing model.Braking torque fluctuation is chosen for the performance characteristic values.All results show that permanent magnet type retarder using robust design technique can decrease braking torque fluctuation.
