| Abstract: | The general Party branch and the administrative board of the department at the university play, equal role in training builders and successors to the cause of socialism. Thus. Party buildup should be strengthened, not weakened. The crux of the matter is building up the leading board, while taking the regulations for granted. Ideological education is the most of a point while Party branch buildup is the foundation. |
