摘    要:根据煤的崩落性质,研究了截槽形状与煤的块度、截煤阻力及截齿的切削效率等关系.根据三头一线一齿、一线三齿排列形式,提出了最佳旋叶截线距,实际截齿切削深度函数关系,并且对如何选择合理截齿排列形式作了初步探讨.

Abstract:According to coal breakout feature, the author has studied the relationship between cutting groove shape and the lump of coal and cutting resistance as well as cutting efficiency. The function between cutting intervals and actual cutting depth is presented according to the three vane drum lacing patterns. Researches are also made to choose reasonable pick lacing patterns.
