| 摘 要： | 科技成果要实现有效转化,除应当充分发挥高校和企业双方的积极性以及科技主管部门的切实支持外,关键在于形成和建立起保证成果稳定转化的运行机制,本文基于影响因素的分析和对策阐述,对运行机制作了有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | In order to transform scientific technological payoffs into production effectively ,the key lies in establishing a managenent system to assure the transformation, besides the full initiative of both universities and enterprises and the feasible supports of scientific—technological administrations. Based on the analysis of influential factors and related countermeasures, this paper discusses the management system. |
