| 摘 要： | 锌和铜是人体中主要的痕量元素,男女健康青年发锌含量一般为200—250ppm,发铜含量一般为15—25ppm,Zn/Cu比值一般为10—20,在阳极溶出伏安法中,运用三电极系统可不通氮除氧,本文数据全系用不除氧方法测得。

| Abstract: | Zinc and Copper are essential trace elememts in the humanbody. This paper shows that in the healthy young people of both sexes theavorage amount of Zn/Cu contained in human hair is respectively from 200 to250 ppm and from 15 to 25 ppm, approximataly in the ratio of 10 to 20.In applying the method of ASV, we used the tri-electrode system and omittedthe step of previous removal of Oxygen from the cell solution with Nitrogen.All the data of this paper are thus obtained. |
