| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种配合件公差不等时的分组装配法——半柔性分组装配法,并证明它在保证配合精度与性质不变的条件下具有一定的配套调节能力。文章的最后对其可行性进行了初步分析。

| Abstract: | A new assembly method named semi-flexible group selection assembly method, in which the tolerances of two matching parts are unequal, is Presented in this Paper. It is proved that not only can this method maintain the original assembly Precition and property, but also have the advantage of making every matching part in its set. Moreover, a Preliminary analysis of feasibility of this method is given. |
