摘    要:网络技术的应用为高校图书馆读者服务工作开辟了新的途径,为满足读者的各种借阋需求、开展个性化服务提供了条件和可能.将电子邮件运用在高校图书馆读者服务工作之中,可为读者提供多种形式的、个性化的、快捷高效的服务.

Abstract:The development of networks has opened the new ways for reader services in college libraries.There comes the possibility to meet readers' different kinds of needs and to present personal services.This article,according to the characteristics and the functions of the e-mail,proposes the utilization of e-mail in college library reader services,so as to serve the readers personally and efficiently.
