| 摘 要： | 为解决高层住宅楼板在外墙阳角处呈45度方向的裂缝问题，实地调查了多幢住宅楼，查明了楼板开裂的主要原因是与楼板的设计、施工及楼板的材质有密切关联，提出了裂缝的综合防治措施，并应用到实际工程中，取得了明显效果。

| Abstract: | At the corner of high-raised building slabs, cracks always extend at the angle of 45 degrees. Site investigations of several high-raised apartments indicate that the causes of slab cracks are closely related to the design, construction and material application of these slabs. This article provides a comprehensive cracks prevention method and shows its obvious effects in real practices. |
