摘    要:在已建的循环流化床锅炉7个效率相关参数预测模型基础上,进一步进行操作优化研究。以能量损失最低为目标,以一次风量、二次风量为优化变量,约束条件考虑了安全性与环保性的要求。通过与随机方向法比较,选择了复合形优化算法;编制优化程序后,用实际数据进行模拟运行。结果表明,优化后可将该炉总当量热损失率均值降低18.3%,从12.25%降至10.01%。

Abstract:The operation optimization of circulating fluidized bed boiler on the basis of the predictive model of 7 parameters which reflect the boiler's energy loss is investigated in this paper. Objective is to minimize the energy loss. The primary air flow and the secondary air flow are selected as the optimization variables. The security and environmental concern were the constraint conditions. Complex algorithm is chosen after comparing with random direction method. Run the optimization system use practical data after programme, which show that the average value of equivalent heat loss rate can be reduced by 18.3%, from 12.25% to 10.01%.
