摘    要:本文首先介绍了智能控制的特点及其发展现状,然后针对电火花加工状态难以控制这问题,给出了电火花加工状态识别及检测方法,建立了基于常规模糊控制的优化模糊控制器:即先对采集信息进行模糊化,然后建立相关的模糊控制规则,从而解决了电火花加工过程中的关键性问题,实现了加工过程的智能控制。

Abstract:This paper presents the intelligent control and its development status up to now. Focusing on at the issue that it is difficult to control the inter-electrode gap during the electric discharge machining (EDM) process, methods for the gap identification and detection during this process were provided. Based on the conventional fuzzy control, an optimized fuzzy controller was developed. Firstly, the acquired information was processed by the fuzzy control method. Secondly, corresponding fuzzy control rules were established. In this way, the key problem in EDM process was resolved and the machining process was performed via the intelligent control.
