| Abstract: | After the bid price of the foreign engineering is calculated,one shouldn't put forward his quota hastily,and should make detailed analysis and research.This paper makes static analysis and dynamic analysis on the quota,puts forward some problems needing attention in the quota decision,and emphatically introduces some bidding skills often adopted by the international contractors. |
