摘    要:针对决策者的模糊偏好信息以不同形式给出群集成问题。首先,给出了三角模糊运算的一些拓展法则和不同模糊偏好信息之间的转换公式对偏好信息一致化处理。其次,以三角模糊数的期望值公式为排序工具,利用模糊有序加权几何平均(fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging, FOWGA)算子分别对群决策信息和重要程度进行集结,得到方案的综合优势度并排序,提出了一种基于综合判断矩阵法的模糊群决策法。最后,通过算例说明方法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:The group aggregating problems that the fuzzy preference information on alternatives is provided by the decision makers in the different forms are investigated. Firstly, some extended operational principles of triangular fuzzy numbers and the transformation formulas of each other for different fuzzy preference forms are given. On the basis of which, the different fuzzy preference information are uniformed. Secondly, the expected value formula of triangular fuzzy numbers is regarded a ranking tools. This paper uses the fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging (FOWGA) operator to aggregate decision-making information uniformed and the relative importance degree of each alternative, respectively. According to the expected values of overall dominance degree on alternatives, the alternatives are ranked. A method based on aggregating judgment matrix for fuzzy group decision-making problems is proposed. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the feasibility and practicability of the method.
