水文区位指数初探

摘    要:在分析了地表河流系统的自然功能及其生命体征的基础上,提出了水文区位指数及其计算方法.整个系统中各个自然节点间势能向动能的转换为基础的流动性就是其生命体征的核心指标.水文区位就是河流系统的自然节点以及人为节点在河流系统中的位置.水文区位指数是人为节点加入某河段前后河流流动性变化程度的量化指标,可用该河段动能之比来计算.作为评判河流系统生命体征的主要量化指标,该指数可用于有效地修复并维系河流系统的自然功能.为维系河流系统的生命和流域可持续发展,建议借鉴都江堰两千余年川流不息的经验,将0.4定为河流系统各河段的水文区位指数的参考下限.为实现流域内社会经济与自然水文循环的同步可持续发展,作者探讨了基于水位区位指数的可调控水资源开发利用模式和城市发展模型.

Abstract:On the basic of analysing of the natural functions and vital signs of a river system,the authors propose the hydrological location index and its calculation method.Fluidity between two natural nodes of a river system can be seen as a key indicator for estimating the vital signs of the whole system.And such fluidity relies to a great extent on the transformation of potential to kinetic energy between the two nodes.Hydrological location proposed in this paper means the locations of natural and man-made nodes in a river system.The hydrological location index is the measurement of the influence of man-made nodes on the fluidity of a specific river section.It can be calculated by a ratio of the kinetic energy value at upper node to the relevant value at the lower nodes.As a quantitative indicator for estimating a river system's vital sign,this index could be used to effectively rehabilitate and maintain a river's natural function.To maintain the vital signs and sustainable development of a river system,the authors suggest that a index value of 0.4 should be take as a lower limit by using the experiences of the world famous engineering Dujiangyan for reference.Then they discuss the adjustable modes for water exploitation and urban development in a river basin by using such index,aiming at realizing the sustainable parallel development of the social-economic and river hydrological cycle in a river basin.
