摘    要:介绍一种鸟头侧卧位定向仪的制作、使用及耳蜗内注射HRP的方法,应用该装置可侧卧位固定鸟头;在动物耳蜗内注射示踪物质可对听觉的初级传入中枢进行定位等研究。

Abstract:A stereotasic instrument of reclining bird's head has been designed and made. The paper described the manufacture of this instument and their use. It consists of five parts: a universal stand, a bill bar, two ear bars, two lateral plates and two sliding axles. It was demonstrated fulfilling quality requirements in our laboratory. And it is suitable for fixation reclining bird's-head in central nervous system experiment. In addition, a method of injecting HRP into the left and right cochlear on the birds were described respectively. And anterograde labeled nerve fibers and labeled terminal branches were observed in the eighth nerve fibers and labeled terminal branches were observed in the nucleus angularis (NA) and nucleus magnocellularis (NM). The results show that NM and NA make up the cochlear nuclei and it is the first neuron relay station of the auditory pathway in brain.
