基于弹性分层教学模式下的高等数学教学研究

摘    要:弹性分层数学模式的基本内涵是面向全体学生,兼顾个性差异、确定不同目标、统一分层施教、分类进行指导。实施要点是自主确定层次,教学计划层次化,分层教学与考核等。实践表明,该教学模式提高了教学效能。

Abstract:It is the phenomenon that the vocational and technical college students are fixed to tags of the last choice of the failure and the weak study basic and mental, what is more, vocational and technical education has not satisfied us yet. Therefore, how to treat these students from a psychological angle and implement positive psychological education gives an essential significance of rebuilding their shapes and enhance the education quality as well. The strategy is to lead students to cognition the past in an active attitude and to face the reality from the positive angle, and cultivate their active personality and creature the platform of meeting their reasonable needs.
