| 摘 要： | 由于配偶在家庭中的重要作用以及在财产继承关系中法律地位的逐渐加强，我国现行的配偶继承权制度已日渐暴露其弊端和不足，完善我国配偶继承权的立法已迫在眉睫。这种立法应当符合世界发展的总趋势．那就是要提高和强化配偶的继承权。

| Abstract: | As thee spouse plays an important role between family and the inheritance relationship the legal, China＇s current right of inheritance of the spouse has been increasingly exposed its shortcomings and weaknesses. It is imminent for us to improve the right of inheritance of the spouse. This legislation should accord with the general trend of the world development, so we need improve and strengthen inheritance rights of the spouse. |
