多取代吡喃并吡唑的多组分一锅法合成实验的研究

摘    要:提出了适合于有机化学实验教学的的四组分一锅法合成实验。分别在Et3N和十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵的催化下,用乙酰乙酸甲酯(或乙酰乙酸乙酯)、水合肼、对甲氧基苯甲醛和丙二腈等四组分经一锅反应生成了多取代吡喃[2,3-c]吡唑。该合成实验涉及的多组分一锅法反应具有原料廉价、装置简易、操作简单、产率较高、反应完成时间短等优点。该实验在有机化学实验或开放型实验中具有较好的的理论与教学意义。

Abstract:This paper presents an experiment on four-component one-pot synthesis which suit to experimental teaching of organic chemistry.Multi-substituted pyranopyrazole is prepared via the four-component one-pot reaction of methyl acetoacetate(or ethyl acetoacetate),hydrazine hydrate,p-methoxy benzaldehyde and malononitrile catalyzed by Et3N or hexadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride.The experiment has some advantages including cheap materials,simple device,easy operation,high yield and short reaction time.Thus,this synthesis experiment has good theoretical and academic significance on organic chemistry experiment or open experiment.
