| Abstract: | The undergraduate teaching-level assessment of Ministry of Education for common colleges and universities puts forward corresponding indexes and requirements for the construction of the library. The teaching-level assessment and library's construction have brought about a good chance to the development and construction of university library. This paper probes into the active functions of undergraduate teaching-level assessment on the construction of university library. |
