| Abstract: | In order to fit in with the development of the new situation, the university library must establish the librarian ranks with higher quality, and the continuous education is an important path for improving the quality of the librarians. This paper expounds the contents of the continuous education, and puts forward some measures for carrying out the continuous education for the librarians. |
