本文从理论和实践的结合上，阐述了高校校报必须从二个方面下功夫，才能把握好正确导向，提高引导水平，发挥校报在学校社会主义精神文明建设中的积极作用。

Adhering to the Correct Orientation Pressing Close to the Teachers and Students and Improving the School Newspaper's Propaganda Ability

In order to improve our school newspaper's quality, we have made our greatefforts in three aspects. In this article, we have talked about these spects from the point ofview of combining theory with practice. And we think persisting in our efforts in these threeaspects we can continue to improve our school newspaper's ability of guidance and give full playto its positive role in promoting our socialist cultural and ideological progress.
