乳化法合成硫氰酸铵

摘    要:对由CS_2和NH_3反应合成NH_4SCN的反应机理进行了探讨,指出该反应受扩散过程控制,并认为通过乳化方法可增加接触面积,消除扩散影响,从而使反应速率增加。为了缩短反应时间,提高生产能力,找到一种乳化剂用于合成反应过程,试验结果表明,通过引入乳化剂,可使反应时间缩短4/5,同时表明,复合乳化荆好于单一乳化剂,MOA系列和O系列乳化荆用于合成反应在各种性能方面较好。

Abstract:The mechanism of NH_4SCN synthesis from CS_2 and NH_3 has been studied in this article. It points out that the reaction is diffusion-controlled, and it is considered that the contacted area would be increased and eliminate the effects of diffusion by emulsification,the reaction rate would be increased. In order to shorten the reaction time of NH_4SCN synthesis,and to improve the production capacity , a new emulsifier has been developed for the reaction , the experimental results show that the reaction time has reduced about four over five (4/5),and the complex emulsifier is superior to single emulsifier ,MOA series and O series emlsifiers are better in various properties on synthetic reactions.
