蓝牙无线心音、呼吸音监护系统

摘    要:提出了一种基于蓝牙技术和单片机技术的无线心音、呼吸音监护系统.经过临床试用,证明了医务人员不用直接接触病人就可及时获得病人准确的心音、呼吸音信息,有效地避免医务人员和病人的交叉感染.本系统尤其适用于烈性传染病人的心音和呼吸音的监护,具有较高的临床实用价值和社会价值.

Abstract:Heart sounds and respiratory sounds are important index which reflect physiology and pathology of heart and lung.The traditional stethoscope can not record the sound data,and can not give qualitative analysis or quantitative analysis.And cross-infection between the doctor and the patient is inevitable when using those traditional stethoscopes.In this paper,a new monitor system about heart sounds and respiratory sounds based on Bluetooth and microchip techniques is proposed.And the signal's waves can be displayed in the monitor PC and the voices of the signals can be played on real time.The heart sounds and respiratory sounds information can be obtained by the proposed system and cross-infection between medical personnel and patients can be avoided.The monitor system is particularly useful for fulminating infections diseases and has high values of medical and society.
