| 摘 要： | 在鲎试剂检测内毒素原理的基础上对传统的凝胶法进行改良。经改良后的新方法与传统方法相比具有检测结果一致，鲎试剂用量少，检测时间短，操作误差小等优点。

| Abstract: | A process was described which improved original gelation assay based on the principle of determination of bacterial endotoxins using L imulus amebocyte L ysate(LAC) .The study showed that the new assay use a smaller quantity of L AC and shorten the time of testing. Furthermore, similar to the original assay,itwas accurate to determinate the bacterial endotoxins. |
