摘    要:本文采用边界元法估算齿轮的弹性变形和热变形.导出考虑变形和误差时,载荷分配系数和从动轮滞后角的分段解析式.提出齿廓修形曲线应满足的条件.指出:为满足合适的载荷分配系数和从动轮滞后角要求,修形曲线不是唯一的,可以结合工艺实际情况加以确定.当两轮变形量大目差较大时,不仅齿顶或齿根等及义齿啮合区应进行齿廓修形,而且单齿啮合区也应适当修整.

Abstract:The deformation and profile modification of spur gears are discussed. The elastic and thermal deformations are predicted by the boundary element method. The analytical expressions for load sharing among the teeth and angle of lag of criven gear are derived. The conditions to be satisfied for profile modification curve are suggested. It is concluded that the reasonable curve of the profile modification is not unique and that the profile around the region of single tooth meshing must also be properly modified.
