| 摘 要： | 大学科研团队是提升科技创新能力的重要平台,对加速大学师资水平建设、铸就特色科研领域具有重要的意义,而大学科研团队效能发挥及管理体系中非常重要的环节则是激励机制的设计.在剖析大学科研团队的内涵及特征的基础上,对大学科研团队激励系统进行分析,由此提出大学科研团队激励机制的模型及其支撑机制,旨在更好地发挥大学科研团队的效能及其激励机制.
